Having trouble?
If you’re having trouble with the site, let’s check a few things:
First, after you sign in via the form, make sure you can see the BlogTalkRadio media player. It should look something like this:

If you don’t see that, check to make sure you have a recent version of the Flash plug-in installed. If you aren’t sure, it never hurts to try to re-install it. You can download the latest version at http://www.macromedia.com/go/getflashplayer. It’s free, and safe to install on any computer.
If you do see that, simply click the ‘>’ start icon inside the player to start the show:

Other potential issues
Firewalls are another common problem, especially on corporate or institutional networks. If you can see the BlogTalkRadio player and it looks like it’s trying to connect but “times out” after a minute or more, it’s possible that a firewall is blocking your connection to our server. To determine whether a firewall is a factor, please ask your network administrator whether streaming audio is blocked. If you are in an office, try using a different computer to see if you get the same end result.
Some computers also have software firewalls installed as part of anti-virus/security programs which may need to be reconfigured or disabled before the connection will be allowed.
Still stumped? Feel free to fill out the form below to report a potential problem and we’ll try our best to help!
